\r\nAnybody know what kind of mushroom this is?\r\n

\r\nIt’s in a wet area near Redeye Creek, which runs into the Withlacoochee River.\r\n

\r\nLooks like Pleurotus ostreatus<\/a> is the consensus. \r\nApparently<\/a>, “Cleaned mushrooms can be saut\u00e9ed, stir-fried, braised, roasted, fried, or grilled. Use the mushrooms whole, sliced, or simply torn into appropriately sized pieces.”\r\n
