This is three pictures of the same snake, about 2.5 feet long.
Looks like a Black Racer to me, Coluber constrictor.

At the entrance to the Cypress Swamp. Brown Dog and Yellow Dog didn’t even notice.

Update 2019-05-20: A more likely identification.
Definitely not a rattlesnake. Whatever it is, it chose poorly by showing up right in front of the dogs’ doghouse.
