If we didn’t burn, eventually what we’d get would be an uncontrolled wildfire with much worse flareups than that.

Definitely not a rattlesnake. Whatever it is, it chose poorly by showing up right in front of the dogs’ doghouse.

Eat them roaches!
You can see this is quite a large lizard, since those shelves are made out of six-inch-wide floor boards. So that’s really more like 5.125 inch, but that lizard is quite a bit longer than that.
Eat more bugs, lizard, and get bigger!
